CAD/CHF continues to fall inside the minor impulse wave (i) – which belongs to the sharp C-wave which started earlier from the resistance zone lying between the major resistance level 0.7900 (which stopped the previous sharp intermediate impulse wave (1) in September, as can be seen below) and the upper daily Bollinger Band. CAD/CHF expected to fall toward the next sell target at the next support level 0.7600 (low of the earlier waves A and (b)).

All eyes are headed toward the Bank of Canada today. Estimates point to no change both for the main rate and the ongoing QE which stands at $3B weekly.
